The material is soft, so you don't have to worry about being loud while walking. I used it all last winter for hunting down to -10 degrees and I was perfectly fine with 1 merino layer underneath. I would highly recommend these to anyone looking for an effective cold weather hunting system.
Perfect for a classy 10/22 build

I paired this with a grey birch barreled action and volquartsen trigger. Everything fit together perfectly and the rifle can shoot a flea off a squirrel's back within 100yd. The chassis itself was super easy to assemble and feels like high quality. Would recommend to anyone building a quality 10/22
Skeptical at first

I was initially skeptical of the price tag on these V7 barrels but ordered one anyways. I got the 6.5" model and it included the gas block and tube. It runs perfectly with 220gr subs suppressed and required absolutely zero fiddling with. It worked 100% right out of the box.

Fixed my primer crater in my 6.5CM LR308

This bolt uses a smaller firing pin hole than what's usually used in 308 style bolts in semi-autos. I no longer see any primer cratering on my cartridges. The finish and machining on this bolt is also top notch.

Worth Every Penny

It was quite the investment, but well worth it. This is the best upgrade you can do for your MKIV. I put this in a MKIV 22/45 and it brought the trigger pull down to under 2lb with a super crisp break and short reset. Highly recommend to all my friends now
