This quick-detach optic mount is evidently designed specifically for ACOG-Mini optics, the Primary Arms SLx 1X MicroPrism has the same mounting surface design, so it works the same as an ACOG-Mini.

When you get this thing, read the directions. They're brief, and they might seem a little cryptic at first with the way it talks about how tightly you should adjust it, but apply some common sense so you don't overtighten it. Seriously, when you get it right, it's pretty obvious. If it doesn't seem completely obvious, you're not there yet.

Use the hardware (screws) that came with your optic to attach it to the QD mount, then adjust the mount to the rail.

That's pretty much all there is to it. It's the easiest scope mounting I've ever had the pleasure to experience. Make sure you slide it in your preferred rail slot so that it's backed up against the slot every time you place it on the rail to ensure you get the same lock-up for your optic's alignment every time. Because of the way the mount adjustment works, you don't even need Loctite on the QD mount itself; all you might need that for is mounting the optic on the QD mount.

I have zero complaints with this slide. Moving all the necessary parts from one slide to the other worked out well on the first try, and it still cycles like a dream. I mainly got it for the color: I was looking for something other than black, silver, grey, FDE, or bling, and that's what I got. I might have preferred a slightly lighter green for practical reasons (increasing the contrast from more common gun colors, for purposes of distinguishing from most assumptions about gun appearance), and did not really care about the slide cut-outs, but after installing I realized it actually looks great with that design. Everything is still smoothly functional and the whole gun still just feels great in my hand. An unexpected benefit is the fact it's easier to get at some nooks and crannies when cleaning the interior of the slide with a q-tip, and the two-tone appearance with the black grip module doesn't clash at all.

I'm quite pleased with this slide, and I'd consider getting another Zaffiri Precision product in the future if the need arises. I certainly don't blame them for not having more colors; they offered more of what I want than anyone else.

My experience with pistol red dots is limited; I've only had two so far. I bought this for a P365XL, and figured the company probably knew how to make a good reflex sight for its own pistols. Sure, it worked. I got it installed, tried it out, removed it and reinstalled with loctite, then I bought another slide, then I moved the sight to the new slide, and by that point one major weakness really reached out and touched me. I had suffered through others as well, but did not know what I was missing (yet), other than the problem that only showed itself when I moved it to another slide.

The housing of the sight itself (not the opmod frame into which it fits) is plastic. After three times trying to install it with a torque wrench meeting the documentation's specified torque requirements, the plastic on one of the screw holes broke in a weird way, a ring of plastic popping over the top of the screw head and separating from the body of the sight.

I looked into alternatives. Holosun makes a (slightly more expensive) metal bodied sight. I bought that, and EVERYTHING is better.

The Holosun body is metal, so there's no need of that cowl that came with the ROMEO Zero. Compared to the Holosun, the controls for the ROMEO are so awful that I frankly never wanted to touch them again, and all the tap-to-adjust stuff activated at times when I didn't want it, while the Holosun controls are simple, accessible, and not prone to accidental activation. I bought this to hold the magazines for a first generation Walther PPS. As expected from a magazine bought by the specific firearm model, the magazines fit perfectly. The belt clip design handily beats the clip design I've seen on similar magazine pouches that are not model-specific, because its design makes it easier to adjust position, seems slightly more secure on the belt so far (no wobble or unclipping at all), and mostly stays exactly where I put it on my belt. It also doesn't suffer the wear/stress issues of adjustable magazine pouches, and it's slightly less thick overall than model-nonspecific, adjustable magazine pouches.

It arrived in original packaging, in new condition. It's an eight round magazine, the largest factory magazine size available for the first generation Walther PPS. It holds eight rounds, feeds, and does all the things the magazine should do. These magazines are not cheap but I got a better-than-average price when I bought it from Optics Planet.

If you're looking for magazines for the PPS M2 (second generation version of the Walther PPS), you should look at the magazines for that handgun instead.
