It does take away some of the spring noise not all but the main thing for me it really softens the recoil not that 223/556 is that bad but it really helps it is a little high priced for what you get you pay for the name its nice to have

Well its winchester one of the biggest ammo companys in the usa so its going to be quality and every box helps a vets family so thats a big plus it gos bang every time and a good price for 2021 at 70 cents its good to see ammo prices go down slowly but surely

What can you say they are spair parts they are a must have if you own a AR that way if you lose a spring you have extra in your range bag heck buy 2 you can never have too many parts they arnt the best quality but they are not junk eather just get them
