Not much to say except that it's the same awesome Magpul type 2 texture only in half slot configurations. Picked these up because I decided to mix in a non-Magpul VFG and the full size rail covers no longer fit evenly. I will still need to do some trimming if I want 100% rail coverage, but it's good enough for now.

Ordered one in black and one in multicam for different builds, replacing a Magpul MVG on one of them. I am satisfied with the texture, color, and grip angle. Angling the grip to the rear is my preference comfort-wise, and was the main motivation to switch out the Magpul. Excellent for support hand gripping the same way you'd get your palm up on a handgun, not so excellent for broom handle gripping.

Not really much to say here, the part did what I needed it to and now I have a sling loop.

I wanted to love this, but the light died. Ran it primarily on a 9mm SBR, nothing extreme recoil-wise. So far it has only been on a few flat range trips, and I noticed the light not working just now while playing with it at home. I tried a brand new battery, having read about battery discharge with some of these units, but no luck. I may have bought it primarily for the laser, but that doesn't mean I am ok with the light not working. If I'm still within my return window, I'll likely be returning this.
On the plus side, the laser is nice, easy to adjust, and seems to hold zero.

I recently got a good deal on an Aero 20" A4 upper, however, it came with Magpul MOE handguards instead of the standard A2/A4 ones. Thinking highly of previous Israeli defense contractor purchases, I ordered these, along with the MRS-C for one of my carbines. What I got instead was plastic so thin that I can feel it flex when I push it with my thumb when its mounted. Even the PSA handguards that everyone complains about are more robust than this. I'm most likely going to return these and put the MOEs back on. Those may not look the part, but they're super comfortable and a whole lot more solid.

Took a bit of exacto knife hand shaving and rubber mallet love taps, but it fits quite snugly on a KUSA KR9/KP9. Tighter fit than the stock handguard by a long shot. This is not going anywhere anytime soon (seriously, I'm not sure I'd be able to get it off without breaking it). The material feels more robust and rigid than the stock KUSA handguard. Palm swells fit my hands way better too. Overall, MUCH more comfortable, even without a grip.
I've only got a foregrip on it, but I bet it would be snug enough for a laser. If I ever get around to testing it, or if something else happens, I will update this review. If my five stars are still up, then I'm still pleased with this.

I like the grip itself, but I don't like how hard I have to tighten it to get it to not wiggle on the pic rail. The screw protrudes too far out the other side. The rail is one of Ergo's, so I would think fitment wouldn't be an issue. Durability has been good so far, but doesn't feel quite as sturdy as a Magpul RVG I've got on another build. If this one breaks, that's probably what I'd replace it with, but I like the feel of this one enough to stick with it for now.

I'll start by saying that as a fellow astigmatism sufferer, I can empathize with the reviewer of the MPO-DS -- another new Meprolight offering here on Optics Planet. It sounds like that individual may not have been diagnosed or made aware of their astigmatism, and rated the optic poorly as a result. To anyone reading this who is unaware, you can test this by looking at any red dot through your phone camera to see whether or not the dot is a clean circle when viewed through a camera lens. If the starburst persists when viewed this way, then the dot is likely the problem. The starburst effect is there on the MPO-DF, but I don't find it bad enough to make the optic unusable.
So far, it has been good. I have yet to run it hard, and I will update the review if anything changes, but if my 5 stars are still up here, then I still like it.
