The only drawback to this is that it is not compatible with the Mossberg barrel heat shield my 590 came with. I had to remove that to install this forend. Otherwise, an excellent product.

Install was easy. Looks and feels great. Big improvement over the manufacturer stock. Only drawback is that the forend is *not* compatible with a Mossberg factory barrel heat shield. I had to remove it to allow for the forend installation. Otherwise, a great product!
Poor fit for 590

I followed the instructions to the letter, but the forward attachment point does not get right. Rear screw is solid, but the device remains loose overall following installation. Screws are low quality metal and left sharp edges inside action. Removed device and submitted return.
Decent bag. Bad measurement.

This bag seems to be well made and the design is pretty much exactly what I was looking for. Unfortunately the measurements are incorrect. It was billed at 48 inches long, but is only about 46 1/2 inches long on the outside. Which means the interior dimension is more like 45 inches. This may seem like a minor discrepancy, but it means that one of the rifles I intended to use this with won't fit as it is 46 1/2" long.
