This is my 2nd Strike Eagle SFP and the next time I see a good deal I'll pick up another. In addition to this 1x-6x I've got a 1x-8x and neither has let me down. I'm running this on a 10.5" .300blk and the 1x-8x is on a 16" 5.56. and they've both held zero after several hundred rounds, close to 1,000 on the 5.56, the glass is crystal clear, the reticle is sharp, and the illumination is daylight bright.

Great optic, the glass is crystal clear and the etched reticle is sharp. I've got the green and it is definitely daylight bright. It took no time at all to get dialed in and it hasn't lost zero after 400 or so .300blk rounds. The multiple mounting options take this optic to a new level. I tried a couple different configs before I found the one I liked best using the straight riser and medium cantilever (1.98"). When I bring my rifle up the reticle falls right on whatever I'm looking at. My only regret is not getting the 3x which I will next time there's a good sale.

I've been running the green shake awake model on my FN 502 for about a year now. Granted it's only on a .22 but it has never lost zero and never failed to wake up when I pick it up. For a budget dot, this one was worth every penny for my use case which is more than I can say for the Crimson Trace it replaced which was best used for target practice.

I've had my Hellcat for 3 or 4 years now and I've never cared for how "gritty" the take up on the stock trigger felt but it was never bad enough to do anything about. Then a couple weeks back I shot someone else's HC that had a different trigger shoe and after just one mag, I had already decided my trigger was being replaced.
The price here was way better than on Tyrant site so I pulled the trigger, pun intended. Was really easy to install following the video on Tyrant site. It looks sharp. It feels good. Most importantly, it feels so smooth on the take up and has a very audible reset. For these reasons, I very generously give 3 stars and still recommend - see end of review.
The bad. Maybe this is partially my fault for not thinking to use loctite to begin with, but at the same time, you'd think before going to market Tyrant would have done some testing and fixed the issues or at the very least put loctite on the safety screw and provide some loctite for the other. Since I was only going over to the range for function testing I loaded up 3 mags, 17, 15 and 13 rounds. I didn't even get through all 35 rounds before the trigger wouldn't pull anymore. Didn't take long to realize that the screw I'd tightened down until I was afraid the allen key would snap had backed out pretty far, literally a couple more turns and I think it would have completely fallen out, and the screw for the trigger safety had also backed out a little. Luckily I always carry a set of allens wit

I have two 300blk uppers. On the 10.5" I've got a Kaw Valley Precision Linear Compensator and it does a great job of projecting the sound away from me. When this one dropped I thought it would be prefect for my 8" upper with the upper port holes to reduce muzzle rise. Honestly, the only difference I notice between the standard A2 that was on it and the hybrid is the sound projection is about as good as the standard linear comp from Kaw Valley but it doesn't seem to do much of anything for the recoil. I do like the look of it. Would also be better if it came with a crush washer.

There's not a lot to say about a charging handle. The skeletonized handles aren't reducing weight if that's the purpose but as far as aesthetics go, I personally like the look. This was my second Breek Arms Warhammer Mod2. I prefer the larger ambi handles and this is the best I've found at a lower price point. It was half the cost of the Timber Creek charging handle on another build.

I picked one up about a year and dropped it in a 16" 5.56 and it was ok, but found I preferred a slightly heavier pull for the longer shots so I put a Geissele single stage in that and had to find a home for the RA-140. Having no other choice, I built a .300blk pistol for the RA-140. 500+ rounds later it's definitely one of my favorite triggers. It's got a crisp, clean break. No play at all and a short reset. Even my "I only use Timney triggers" friend loves the RA-140. When I saw this for $70 around the holidays I had to pick up another. I guess now I have no choice but to build a home for this one too.

I've got this on an M&P 15-22 with mostly Magpul FDE parts and the FDE on this doesn't match at all. It doesn't bother me on this particular rifle but for a nicer build I wouldn't use this is I wanted it to match. Functionally, I've got large hands and can still get a comfortable grip with all 4 fingers inside even though it's not my preferred hold. It tightens down exactly as m-lok should and feels like a solid connection that can take some abuse. For the $$ you can't go wrong.

I got this in FDE but it's closer to gold and it doesn't match any of the other FDE parts on my sig msr red dot, magpul grip/sights, safety selector, or mag release. Functionally it's great though, it feels good in my hand and does exactly what it is supposed to.

Put this on, tightened it all down and at some point the ambi side fell off first time out. Still functions as a safety selector so it doesn't really matter that much to me but I feel confident I tightened it all down good with the provided tool. Maybe should have used a dab of loctite.
