As advertised, this is a very strong magnet. Was looking for different options and purchased this as a backup. Too strong for my wife's liking with a 9mm, but would probably do well for a larger weapon like an AR or shotgun. Have not mounted anywhere to test that out yet.

Overall happy with the magnet. Easy to install and holds a 9mm and extra magazine well. Picture shows two magnets, but the package only has the larger magnet. Product description was vague for what was included.
