I've got just under 100 rounds on the barrel at this point, so take this with a grain of salt. I bought this for my Shield Plus so I could attach a Griffin Cam-lok adapter to allow me to use my Octane 45 can when needed. The barrel dropped in without issue and looks nice. I've had zero malfunctions suppressed or unsuppressed so far and have not lubed the gun at all. The piston on the can was pretty filthy and also not lubricated during the first couple mags I fired suppressed. I did this intentionally to simulate worst-case scenario to see if it would still cycle. No hiccups, which honestly surprised me. I was pretty shocked at how precisely this barrel shoots as well. It shoots POI=POA at ~7 yd with or without the can. So far, I've only fired Sergeant Major 115 gr FMJ through it.
