I purchased the nickel version during a flash deal for the lowest price throughout the year.
I used it on an Aero Precision M4E1 threaded and Faxon 6" SS BO barrel.
The barrel to upper receiver is a slight thermal fit.
It takes heating the upper with a blow-dryer for the barrel to seat.
Not sure if the barrel extension is on the high side, or the lower bore is on the low size.
Either way the fit of the tool, is very good.
No slop but not a force fit. It lined up the pin and ramps perfectly.
I am 100% happy and satisfied with the price, shipping and the tool Optics Planet sent me.

Before making the purchase, I researched the kit details from the Armaspec website to get more information.

I purchased the kit, mainly for the Stainless Steel components, like the anti-walk pins, detent pins and springs.
Weight was not a concern,
so being Superlight is not the reason I purchased it.
For now, I utilized the whole kit except the Aluminum Take Down Pins. I am using a pair of Rainier Arms Black Stainless Steel Take Down Pins.
(I did try the Aluminum Pins, just to see, and they both fit and worked very well, without an issue)

The lower is an Aero Precision M4E1 threaded, black anodized.
I mentioned the color, because I don't know how thick the "Cerakote" colored coating is and if it reduces the hole diameters.

Maybe I am just lucky, I don't know, but
I did not find one problem with anything.
Bolt catch, Magazine Release, 45/90 Safety, all fit nicely, and work without an issues.

After discount it cost me $55.

My build is still in progress, and not ready for field testing yet, so I can only give a partial review.

The trigger arrived with other items, via FREE shipping, within a week of ordering.

Everything was shipped in a well padded box.

The trigger box was factory sealed and in good condition.

The trigger (flat version, because it looks beefier and more durable) came with a pair of anti-walk screws, Allen wrench, and instructions.

The visual quality of the workmanship is excellent. No flaws or blemishes.

It dropped right in with no issues.
Both anti-walk pins, in either hole, fit superbly.

I also tried a pair of "Armaspec Stainless Steel anti-walk pins, that had the exact same perfect fit in either hole.

I tightened the anti-walk pins with just my finger tips, both types, and both sets and the Trigger did not rock or wiggle the least bit, without even snugging the backlash screws, but I will tighten them for the final assembly.

The action is very smooth and short.

The "Armaspec 45/90 safety used also worked flawlessly paired with this trigger.

Without beating up the lower, I tried some safety checks by banging it around a few ways and it never fired being only tightened by my finger tips (did not use the wrench)

I had the same idea as another purchaser .
Follow the backlash screws

I would consider myself to have smaller to average size hands.
I find this grip to be very comfortable and fit my hand well.
My wife has smaller hands and she likes how comfortable it is.

Mounted on an Aero Precision M4E1, I have no problems reaching the mag release or safety well retaining a good comfortable and tight grip.

I saw the reviews about it possibly may not be a good thing for smaller hands.
I don't know, maybe playing guitar for 45 years has stretched my fingers.

I am very pleased with the purchase.
It came with a black oxided mounting screw and an unfinished flat washer.
(Unsure of the materials)
Screw is a combination type, where an Allan or flat screw driver can be used to tighten.

The compartment cover seems to lock in pretty good and tight, and takes a bit of effort to pull it open, so I don't imagine it popping open from just dropping the gun.
Maybe slamming it down might open it, but I don't plan on doing that or expect it to be indestructible.

I purchased the 5/8"-24 style mount.
The visual quality is excellent.
No sharp edges, or machining marks.
No blemishes in the QPQ coating.
Threads are snug but smooth, with no slop when attaching it to the Faxon 6" SS 300 BO barrel, w/QPQ coating.
I have a Hughes Precision, .700 long SS barrel extension, raw finish, and the fit is the same.
The price was unbeatable.
Received in less than a week, from the day ordered, via "Free Shipping"
