Pretty Flimsy
Written on Apr 23, 2026
I bought this stock because the previous hogue stock (pillar bedded) was really flimsy. This stock touted it was stiff and is not. The stock will still touch the barrel with very little pressure. The only reason I gave it 3 star is because I was able to mitigate the issue by removing material from the tip of the stock to create more space. I Amy have to fill the barrel channel with epoxy to increase stiffness.

Not Worth the Extra Money
Written on Apr 16, 2026
I thought coughing up the extra $100 would actually make a difference. It only takes slightly more pressure to make the stock touch the barrel. I received almost as much rigidity by pouring resin in the regular Hogue stock. This maybe might be ok for a standard contour barrel, but not for a heavy one. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Horrible Description
Written on Feb 20, 2026
I bought this thinking it would fit a 5.56/.233 rifle because of the description. I now see the thread pattern is for a 9mm. OP will not let me return it due to it being on final sale. Kind of screwed up if you ask me.

Too Short for My Comfort
Written on May 16, 2024
Works good but it is a little short for me. Only time will tell if I was able to get it right enough.

Good Product
Written on May 16, 2024
Good product. Looks dood on my rifle. The only negative thing I have is it should come with rings to time it. Crush washers will not work due to the size of base of the compensator. I had to modify some 1/2 inch spacers to get it timed correctly.

Works and Looks Great

Looks good on my gun. Will have to partake in some moor range time to see about the benefits of the compensator. Did not come with timing spacers.

Way Too Loose
Written on May 13, 2024
Although this seems to be built durable it does not fit in my Aero Precision AR10 lower. I would literally have to hold the magazine up and cycle the weapon to get it to feed. I have had no issues with the rest of my magazines.

HERA Arms CCS Collapsible Buttstock
Pros: Looks good, comfortable, not a lot of movement, provides for a good cheek weld
Cons: polymer is not very strong, the button to get the stock to slide is really stiff, metal pin stop is not harden steel
I had a casing stuck in the chamber. I tried grenade the weapon to remove the round. It worked at the cost of the buttstock. I have never seen this. I served in the military for 23 years and have accomplished this maneuver several with no detriment to the buttstock. I decided to give it another go thinking I might have used to strength. It happen again due to faulty cartridnch queenges, so I tried lo lightly hit the buttstock on the bench and broke small parts of plastic and bent the metal stop pin again. This time I was able to take it apart and fix the pin and the damaged plastic well enough to work.
I would not use this for any type of training. I would treat as a bench queen!

RISE Armament Trigger Anti-Walk Pins AR-15
Nice and reliable. As with anything on a rifle make sure you torque them down and use a little Loctite to keep the screws from backing out. I liked the first set so much I have decided to buy another one. Optics Plane I would suggest using a different carrier. This should have taken several days to get to me. Now is it has a delivery date that 10 days from the time it was shipped. In my experience, DHL has always been horribly slow.
