Not for PA 5x prism full size

I have a Primary Arms 5x prism full size optic. This base is too long and will not allow me to have the optic further to the rear of the rifle so as to compensate for proper cheek position. The eye relief is good for the optic but not good enough with the mount being so long. It’s a great product, just not for the PA 5x full size prism.

Smith enterprise picatinny m1a mount will not fit securely with this mount. Their mount allows this mount to move forward and back one 1/4”. If you try this mount on any other picatinny it will be good and tight.
Solid optic with the history to privevit.

It helped me complete my carbine set up just like the one I had in my time with the Army.

I have come to realize if you have one rifle with a 45 degree RDS mount then you will struggle with two rifles. All the compartments are great but when you utilize them all or almost all of them the case is difficult to close. I reached out to the company if they make this product in The United States and never received a response. This item is made in china. I choose to only shop local.

I had some issues with my Ar10 not able to lock to the rear because the aero precision charging handle I purchased would not clear the cheek riser. With the design of this charging handle I have the necessary clearance to charge the bolt completely to the rear. If you are having issues with your PRS Gen 3 cheek riser and charging your bolt to the rear then it may just be a clearance issue with the charging handle. Each charging handle I found has different spacing when looking from the top and when the charging handle is home. How much of the charging handle sticks out when at home.

This product is just like the ones I had back in the Army. I hope to get much use out of it. Fitment is tight and secure.
