Front bezel / assembly arrived loose.

Bought this light on clearance, wasn't a surprise when it arrived outside of manufacturer packaging. What was a surprise was when I put my IR lens cap on and then tried to pop it back off the entire front assembly came with it. It looks like this unit had its factory seal broken before I received it. (I had noticed the red of o-ring when inspecting it but hadn't realized that meant the entire front bezel was loose until I had to press it all back together.)
Further insult to injury is that the Streamlight service request form doesn't load, so i guess I'll be making some phone calls to try and get this repaired.

Was able to grab this on clearance and I understood level 3 meant a certain amount and/or size of spots in the tube were considered acceptable. Much to my surprise the tube I received is flawless as far as I can tell and according to its QC paperwork. Everything needed to get started was included in my kit, even a AA battery. The objective lens seems very sensitive and hard to sweet spot during adjustment but I have no point of comparison there, could just be user error.

I'm no expert but this plate carrier seems like it is a good middle of the road option on value, budget, weight, and features. I'm happy with it as it feels solidly built and holds everything I need it to while not breaking the bank. Its still new and my first plate carrier ao maybe I will have more to say on it with time.
