Pistol quad rail
Written on Feb 08, 2018
Review for
UTG Pro AR15 Free Float Quad Rail
I bought this rail for a pistol build that had a low profile gas block. It is actually made for carbine length gas systems. I didn't want to return the rail so I drilled two small holes on the under side of the rail in order to tighten the gas block since you have to remove the gas block to install this rail then the rail covers the gas block. The rail installs easy and locks up tight with perfect alignment of the upper receiver picatinny rail.

Red dot mount

I have a couple of these mounts for red dot sites on AR rifles and pistols. They seem to work fine. It locks up tight on the 1913 picatinny rail. I haven't had any issues with this mount fitting on the rail nor any problems with the red dots fitting on the mount. Good economically priced mount.

Crush washer

Review for
AIM Sports Inc AR10/308 Crush Washer
What can I say? It's a crush washer! Works as intended. Needed a crush washer to install an A2 flash hider on a 300 BLK build. This woked as designed to allow proper timing of muzzle device. Actually pretty cheap. It came in a bag of ten.

Weapon light
Written on Feb 08, 2018
Works great on my AR rail with a UTG offset light mount. Had to add a little velcro under the mount since the light tube is small. 200 lumens is good light for indoor use or up close outside. I have several other Streamlight products.
