Hey Optic Planet,
I want to thank you for your perseverance in resolving my issue of getting the wrong Wilson Combat dome head safety. After talking with one of your reps. she got to the bottom of the problem and got it resolved. No fault on Optic Planet but the manufacturer of the safety had packaged it wrong. They had packaged the standard flat head safety in the domed head package. No one in Optic Planet's warehouse would know the difference unless they looked extremely close at the package to see that it was in the wrong package. She made a point to have them check the packaging closely and got me the right safety this time. Thanks for taking the time to get it right!
