Review for
MDT Send iT MV3 Electronic Level w/ Mount
This is a review for the gen1 SendIt. I like the mounting options and although it is a little pricey and does not include the vertical mounting option, it is made extremely well, has an easy calibration mode, adjustable brightness and works intuitively. MDT makes great products and this product is no exception.

Covert Optics 10x42mm Roof Prism Binocular
This is my first pair of binoculars and I could not be more satisfied with this purchase! I picked these up on closeout so it really is a tremendous value! They have ED (Extra-low dispersion) glass and they certainly perform like it. These binocs have the Starbright coating on them which is the exact same coating used on my Celestron SCT telescope and they have sharp, clear images as a result. The build quality is superb, the diopter adjustment and tripod mount are both very nice bonus features. The case is very nice and has a shoulder strap. The binocs has lense caps for both ocular and the objective lenses and the ocular lens caps have a loop for the padded neckstrap which was well-conceived. The focus adjustment knob (and these binocs, for that matter) is the perfect size for adjusting on while viewing at different distances and the ocular eyepieces click to 3 preset extensions for the eyeglass wearers. I highly recommend this 10x42 model if you are looking for a pair of good binocs at an affordable price. On closeout, they are a fantastic deal and i could not have asked for a better one!

Working great so far in a Clip-on Thermal
Written on Nov 18, 2025
This review is for the non-push button model "Primary Arms SLx Flip-To-Side Magnifier Mount, 2 Bolt Interface, Black, 910094". I recently purchased a DNT Optics Hydra 635 clip-on thermal for use on a rifle and really wanted to be able to simply flip the scope to the side (as opposed to having to remove the thermal optic every time I need to check/change a setting or switch to normal vision on one of my higher mag scopes. Problem is that DNT does not offer a flip-to side mount for that line of thermal optics so I decided to try this PA mount for kicks! There is one caveat - while the mounting holes line up perfectly with the Hydra 635, the notch in the mount is around 9.5mm wide and the hydra's mounting point is tapered from the thermal optic's body to the base of its mounting channel (from around 8.8mm to about 7.5mm?) so it does not snuggly slip into place when mounted without screws (like the DNT mounts do) but fortunately, using the supplied mounting screws, both parts will line themselves up as the screws tighten up. With a little patience while evenly tightening up the screws, the mount lines up nicely, making this setup perfect! This mount comes with spacers for different mounting heights but with my Seekins HIT mounts, it is perfect without them at 1.5"! Now I can flip my optic out of the way when not needed! When you first receive it, you will have to open it in order to mount it so either wear gloves to protect your fingers against pinching on the joint or just b

Quick and easy way to add accessories above
Written on Nov 07, 2025
Seekins has a great product here for my rangefinders. I am so convinced of this that I am in the process of converting all of my scope mounts to Seekins' HIT ecosystem. I listed cost as a CON because this diving board also requires a "XCap" and they come in different flavors, 4x and 8x and you must also make sure you buy the right size for your mount (30mm, 34mm, 35mm, etc) and the XCaps are about the same price as the diving board. While yes we are paying for the expensive ecosystem, it is a VERY innovative ecosystem that allows me to move between my rifle setups easily, even though I have both 30mm and 34mm setups so for me, it is Seekins all the way.

Excellent RF and an excellent value for performance
Written on Oct 25, 2025
This BLRF (Ballistic Laser Range Finder) is about twice the size of my Bushnell Bone Collector RF but it gives me much longer battery life, the ability to recharge the battery within the BLRF (via USB-C port without removing the battery which is awesome) and a greater ranging capability (honestly, more range than I will probably ever need where I live and hunt). The ocular lens assembly has a two-position telescoping diopter and adjustable focus ring! This BLRF also has a tripod mounting plate on the bottom and lanyard connection points. It also ships with an olive drab case with both molle and lanyard straps and a 18650 battery. The main selling point is the ballistic ranging capability of the sweet unit and it absolutely delivers. I was so impressed with it that I decided to also buy the Element RF module that mounts to the scope to give me maximum flexibility on my setups. The bluetooth connection and App configuration is very straight forward although I do wish it was setup a little more like Athlon's Range Pro Accounts where I could store all of my profiles in a Cloud Account instead of being limited to only FOUR that I have to constantly change when trying out different cartridges. Their database is limited too so I usually have to fill in the gaps when prepping for my range trips so I can spend more time shooting than punching data into my phone and tablet. This, by the way, is how I get around the limited profile support - I paired my phone to the RF module and pa

Looks and function great
Written on Oct 19, 2025
Pretty straight forward, no surprises during installation and dust cover brand new, no scratches or imperfections. I bought the "Shall bot be infringed" variant and it looks good but I think a nicer looking font could have been chosen but that is a very minor gripe. I'd definitely buy it again. I'll follow-up after 1000 rounds if OP lets me, LOL!

Handstops Never looked so Good
Written on Oct 15, 2025
This handstop looks so awesome on my upper, matches my Carbon Fiber Barrel and is the perfect size to make a statement without adding excessive weight. It helps me index my support hand and the MLok support seems very strong and appears to be made to last.

Review for
Ultradyne Quantum Gas Block
Construction is pretty good but the tuning click positions are not as well defined or audible as the Superlative Arms adjustable gas block which I typically use on all my builds. I do like the locking set screw on the Ultradyne gas block, though. It is a nice feature, especially when compared to the was it was implemented on Odin works Gas block. The Ultradyne has a salt nitride finish both on the outside *and the inside* of the gas block's tube shaft which limits travel of the gas tube into the block. I found that NONE (three different brands) of my gas tubes would fit into this Gas lock before I spent about 20 minutes working the tube into the gas block. I've never had that issue before but after some twisting and tapping, it finally moved the 1 millimeter I needed to drive my pin home. Performance has been great, it works and looks good and while yes, I'd purchase it again, the next time it will not be my first choice.

Fantastic & Affordable Bipod for us not-so-PRS guys out there!

Review for
MDT GRND-Pod Bipod
There are Bipods out there that cost more than rifles but MDT hit a home run with this budget-friendly bipod option. I am just getting into short-action rifles and was looking for a STURDY bipod for a couple of my builds and I think the GRND-Pod is by far the best option out there for guys like me who want a rigid, reliable bipod that does NOT flex (even when fully extended) when loaded and is easy to deploy/adjust. I especially love the quick height adjustments and the ability to stow the legs at 0° or 180° which is just fantastic for rifle cases. I upgraded to this from a Harris sling-swivel style bipod and this experience was a game changer in both versatility, setup/deployment and shedding weight. I was so impressed that I ended up buying two of these GRND-Pods, one in ARCA and the other in Pic-1913.
