Easier to focus than a binoculars -- don't need to focus adjust one eye and then both. Just focus once. Field of view is compatible with binoculars. Although it is lighter than binoculars, it is a bit heavy with the excellent glass and lens size. A bit loose fitting focus knob. Grippy. Objective lens comes with an attached cover, but pupil lens doesn't (why not?). Tie a small cord to the cover to the lanyard attachment. Overall, a bit larger than I wanted (maybe should have gotten the 8x for pocket use) but very pleased, fits the intended purpose.
