Surprised by this Red Dot.

I'll be honest. I wasn't expecting much for the price point on this JPoint. I really wanted one of the higher priced brands but didn't have the money to buy one. So I decided to give this a try because of positive reviews I was reading and Optic Planets unbelievable low price. (Beat anything on Amazon).
Surprise #1: This red dot is virtually weightless and still a decent optic width and highth.
Surprise #2: It fit perfectly into my Smith and Wesson Core and was mounted in less than 5 minutes.
Surprise #3: It co-witness perfectly with my iron sights which was my greatest desire.
Surprise #4: Dot is sharp and zeroed in at top of my front sight as I wanted.
This JPoint 8 MOA dot is perfect and easy to find with aging eyes and developing cataracts which was beginning to really affect my shooting ability. After shooting 300 rounds the JPoint is still zeroed and I am now very comfortable with it. My wife shot five rounds with it and put two in center target touching with other three in inner circle at 7 1/2 yards.
...I just ordered a second one for her.
Gave four stars instead of five because you must take off to replace battery.

Review for
Blade-Tech OWB Pistol with Tac-Light
When I first opened this holster I was not impressed. However once I put my Glock 34 mos with Burris Fast Fire III and rail light in it it was a perfect fit. Holds gun well and doesn't touch the optics. Not bad holster for the money.

Review for
Burris FastFire III Reflex Red Dot Sight
After reading other reviews I was a bit nervous to order this little beauty. Seemed that some loved them and others hated them. Some had trouble and others didn't. I decided to give it a shot after reading more professional reviews that gave it good marks. My FastFire III is mounted on my Glock 34 MOS. What a great combo! Sighted in quickly. Ran 50 rounds through it rapid fire. No issues at all. Frankly what some complain about concerning the on off switch I love and I have big fingers. This is a SMALL reflex sight so everything about it is small including elevation and windage adjustments. I honestly don't see how they could design bigger anything for this with the battery opening on top...which is good.
I got this because at 56 my eyes are not what they used to be. With no glasses on the red dot is crisp and clear. Can shoot with both eyes open again. It took a little practice to throw the gun up and find the dot quickly, but now no issue for me. Time will tell on extended use quality but for now I couldn't be happier. Honestly don't see how reflex sights could be worth two to three times this and be that much better.

Maglula LULA Rifle Magazine Speed Loader
My arthritic hands were finding it more and more difficult to fully load AR-15 mags. Shoot, whose thumbs don't start giving out after loading four or five 30 round mags. This Lula Loader does the job comfortably and with little to no effort. It fits the magazines securely and once you get the hang of it you can load smoothly and quickly. The same for unloading if you want. All in all a very good addition to anyone's shooting bag.
