Really nice grip I like that you can have the beavertail and finger ledge. My biggest gripe is the extremely tight fit so much that I needed to use a rubber end hammer to get it to seat.
Hands down the best collapsible stock on the market. It has very little wiggle on the buffer tube while still being easy to adjust. The storage tubes are great because you can access them without removing the stock (looking at you B5 Sopmod.) Overall this is the best stock on the market but you can't really go wrong with Magpul stuff.
Its a pretty good reddot for a lower budget rifle although I would recommend a Sig Sauer Romeo 5 since it can be a little bit cheaper and has the motion activation while this doesn't. I did like that it has a reostat for the brightness adjustments instead of up and down buttons.
I have this on my GPR (General Purpose Rifle) which serves as my home defense and "duty" rifle. The glass is nice and clear and the dot is nice and crisp. The main reason I picked this up instead of an Eotech is the price, the battery life, and I feel is more reliable than a Holosun (my line of thinking is that if its good enough for the British SAS its good enough for me). The solar is a bit of a gimick as it is on basically all of the optics that have it, except for the Holosun ones with capacitors that can hold a charge from the solar panel.
I have this paired with my Sig Romeo 5 on on one of my ARs and it works well. My only complaint is that it is made to flip to the left side of the gun instead of the right. You can reverse the mount but then the push button for to unlock it is on the front and not the back which is pretty awkward but that can be mitigated by training trough it.
First I bought this for my Sig P365XL it wasn't easy to mount at all, both the screws that were holding the sight base on stripped every easily (I am aware that is a problem with Sig not the optic) with the included allen key and the screws for the sight also stripped very easily. The optic isn't durable at all I wouldn't rack my slide off of it without the metal shield that's included with it more importantly I wouldn't risk my life by having it on my carry gun. The brightness adjustment is just mush and there is no feedback when pushing it at all so you can't tell if you actually activated the button. There is also no on or off its just the motion activation which is cool but I would prefer to be able to turn it off for transport when not carrying or long term storage. The thing I hated most about this optic is that the screws for zeroing the dot need a tiny allen key and aren't exposed at all so you can't see them which means there are no lines to mark its position, and there is no feedback when turning the screw its just a smooth turn and not a click adjustable like basically every other optic on the market. Also in order to change the battery the optic must be taken off which means you will have to re-zero it with the awful system it has. The only good thing about this optic is that it is lightweight. It feels like Sig didn't even try with this optic, it feels cheap compared to their other optics. the only reason I'm giving it two stars is because the red dot itself is n
