When you need some dies that you can truly count on without braking the bank RCBS is it. Been using RCBS for decades. I am using these to form 300 savage out of 308 brass. I trim to about 1.9 inches. Then form the 300 savage. Then trim to final length. Works great. And when you can get a good price they are even better.

If you need a riser of any kind the Aim risers work well. I have several in the 1 inch and the 3/4 inch height. All work well and I have never had a problem with any of them. They are made well and attach without any problems. I just wish Aim would also make them with quick release levers as well. You can not go wrong with an Aim riser.

This is like comparing Cadillac and Chevrolet. Both are cars and both do the same thing. One just cost more than the other. Just as with this buffer. It is not the most expensive nor does it have to be. The only question should be does it do it's job and the answer is yes. Spend $50 bucks or more on a buffer so you can tell everyone you have a name brand buffer and it is made out of a special alloy. I will save my money thank you and my gun will function just as good as yours and for a lot less. The M-16 has worked fine since 1964 without a lot of fancy bells and whistles. So if you want to impress your friends, spend all your money on a fancy buffer that no one ever sees. If you just want your gun to function then save your money because you can not go wrong with this buffer.
