This is my second JPE buffer spring system. I have one in my Radical RF15 and I got one for my Aero M5 build. I know it has o-rings that will need replacing, but these don't reside in my SHTF rifles, I use them for 2-gun and gas PRS. My M5 dry weighs in at 17lbs close to 18-19ish with seeds and between the buffer system and the weight of the rifle I would say it's an easy 40%-ish decrease in "felt" recoil when compared to the standard buffer setup. I say "felt" because that is what it feels like to me, you may have a different experience from mine.
I purchased this buffer tube to got with the JPE captured spring system for my AP M5 build. The adjustability of this tube is wasted on my particular application, but it is nice to have options. I'm using a Magpul PRS gen 3 stock on it and it works just fine.
I saw this BCG on YouTube as I was looking to build and AR10 and learned that it worked with the AP M5 upper. This thing is SLICK right out of the box. It feels like it will slip out of your hands that's how good the coating is. I have close to 600 rounds on it and after a quick wipe down, it looks like it just came out of the box. I've had no issues with it at all. I paired this up with a JP captured spring setup and they work great together. I will be getting one of these for my regular AR.
Living in NJ need I say more, so I have limited options when it comes to AR15 platforms. I saw a youtuber detailing how his AR platform ran so flat. He swapped out his trigger, buffer system, and muzzle break. I can swap two out the three without a problem. Dropping in a PSA trigger made shooting much smoother, dropping in the JP Enterprises Gen 2 buffer system has dropped the recoil in my estimation by at least 40%. I have a Radical RPR-15 with a 16" barrel milspec bcg. Install was super easy, the instructions were clear and easy follow. I swapped out the spring and buffer for this in about 3 minutes. I didn't need the extra poly-plastic insert for my setup but I did need the shim/washer to meak sure the buffer sat properly. Hit the range and it ran smoothly. I guess this is what a higher end AR feels like.
