Pretty quiet.

They're not as quiet as Aguila Colibri or Super Colibri, of course, but they're cheaper, they're more powerful and at least they're available. When I shoot them through my 10/22 they don't cycle, but when I shoot them through my Winchester Wildcat they generally do cycle. And when suppressed, they're almost silent. I've got the Aguila on backorder here on Optics Planet, but until they're available again, CCI Quiet are my go-to plinkers. They are quieter than other Quiet or Suppressor Ready rounds. As I recall, the LRs aren't as quiet as the CCI CB Shorts, though. You can get an idea of how much powder is in these rounds by knowing the bullet weight and velocity. 40 grain at 710fps requires more pop than 29 grain at 710fps.

Better than the rest.

This is the only 10/22 bolt release plate I've seen that's different than all the others. It's the only one that's actually engineered as a new product. All the other ones copy the old design which has holes that are unnecessary for way this mod operates. I actually modified my stock part by filing down the tooth (like all the other ones you can buy). It only took 10 minutes and it worked fine. I bought this one to try just because it was different. Wow. It operates way smoother than my other one. I think that's largely because it has a hole instead of a slot for the rotation pin. The slot is necessary for the way the original one operates. All the other bolt release plates you can buy keep the slot because they don't understand the engineering.
