I bought this muzzle device because I specifically wanted a three prong device for my AR15. Reading reviews that say it doesn't ring, I bought it. I also bought it because I thought the external threads for a suppressor would be a standard size, 1/2X28, but I misread and realized that the external threads are a weird 13/16X16. Kind of useless. Anyway, this device does have a significant ring to it. When firing .223 out of a 16" barrel, it rings as if you had just smoked a steel target. This makes verifying hits on steel difficult because it sounds like you're hitting steel everytime you shoot it. If you don't mind the ring and are buying it for looks and not threading anything onto it, it's an alright deal at ~$30. But I need to use the external threads for a suppressor and this won't work. Wish I wouldn't have wasted my money and just got exactly what I needed, but it overlooked the specs.

I had no problems with this mount, until I would take it out of my rifle bag and the mount would all the sudden be finger-loose. This happened on three separate occasions, where it had been tightened to spec before and then after being shot the mount was physically moving on the rail. I don't know if I got a bad one or what, but its lost its spot on my AR and is currently being replaced with a "bigger-name" mount.

Great stock with an awesome cheek weld. Tight on my milspec buffer tube, no rattle. Love the feel, the rubber buttpad is a nice touch.

This flashhider is just fine as a cheap option, wouldn’t use it on anything too serious. It does ring when fired, it sounds similar to hitting steel at distance. Not a sustained ring, but definitely an audible ping when fired. Comes with a crush washer, but didn’t come close to being in the correct position on my barrel so I bought a shim kit to install it to time it correctly. Good budget threeprong, don’t expect a Warcomp clone though.
