Same as others have experienced . Sight base is spring loaded. Moves too much for my comfort. Not sure why it’s designed that way but not a fan. Overall seems to hold but it does move around if any pressure is applied.

no detergent?

Will order when kit contains laundry detergent specifically to remove green zombie blood. Until then I cannot consider this a viable kit. A gift card for a divorce attorney/bankruptcy attorney is also missing.

For the money this is by far the best NVS available. Image is very clear. Mounted it and took it out the next day a couple of hours before sunrise. For the first time I was dissapointed to run out of darkness instead of light.
