Very nice feel

Got this to go with a new build of a kit. Initially just because I liked the color and knew Hogue made a decent product. I'm so happy I got this. It is such an upgrade from the sloppy fit of the basic mil-spec adjustable butt stock. It fits the buffer tube like a glove; no slop or rattle. And the overmold feels great in the hand. There's a weird piece that stuck out at the trigger guard but nothing a razor blade didn't fix. That was probably for a different style lower. And the QD mounts don't have a ton of room to swivel. This is on my DPMS pattern AR-10.

The fit on the stock is fantastic. Upgraded to this from a basic mil spec with a ton of slop and rattle. This fits my buffer tube like a glove. The rubber overmolding feels great just as you'd expect from other Hogue products. A QD sling mount works in all 3 holes you see, though it doesn't swivel great in the corner behind the adjustment lever. I kinda wish the grip had a closable compartment like the big name one. All in all, very happy.
