Fits STF 12

It's all the quality and value I expect of Choate products. I previously had a Briley extension advertised to fit the STF, and while it does, it didn't thread on all the way and left a wobble. This Choate 7 round extension fits perfectly on the FABARM STF 12. I can fit 6 rounds - just. The tube is 5 inches short of the breacher muzzle break if you keep yours installed. I may try to see if an 8 round tube will fit.
Poor fitment, installation

First let me preface that this side saddle is well made, and is made in USA. Those are some great aspects of this product. However, the fitment and design of this is poor. The main plate out of the packaging is not good. The screws poke out enough to risk marring your receiver, and the loading port bracket has oval/oblong screw holes that are wide but not tall, essentially not allowing the screws through. I shouldn't have to modify the hardware on something that's supposed to fit on a ubiquitous Winchester 1300.
Very well built - missing piece

First off, I say this is an amazingly built grill, for charcoal, and for "portable" use (by car, you wouldn't hike this thing). Unfortunately my shipment was beaten up fairly bad, the exposed lugs, hinges on mine were bent from being dropped or hit I guess. Otherwise the side plate with the loop visible on the right side was missing. I hope to find a replacement part. I don't like to leave a lackluster review, but the shipping and handling needs work.
