First thing - freeze the barrel & heat (hairdryer) the receiver - I did this and it slipped right in (no pounding, beating, wiggling..), when everything got to same temp- it was locked in! Just make sure to align the channel w/ the extractor and snug down the V-block quickly. I used a VERY light coat of aluminum based grease for rust prevention and ease of install.
Looks great, perfect fit/finish. Mine is paired with BRN receive & Volquartsen CNC Comp bolt. At 15yards w/ red dot it shoots a single hole for 5 shots. With a good scope I'm sure same results out to 50yrd (will test and update).
If you are doing a light weight build, this is the barrel you want!

Forster Rimmed & Belted Headspace Gage
Starting 4th build and decided it's time to head-space all my AR's - new and old. I've never had any issues, but for the cost to know for sure you are withing spec, it's really something everyone who builds or swaps bolts, uppers, etc. should have (IMHO).
Quality seems very good, packaging is great, they are labeled clearly and I would expect them to last a life time or longer - not many things fall into that category any more.
