I purchased this rail for a McMillan Game Hunter stock with double sling studs on the front. The SRS rail was a perfect fit and the nice thing is it still allows me a place to attach my sling on the front end of the rifle.

I ordered the Whiskey5 5-25x52mm with a Kilo 1800BDX rangefinder as a Black Friday package deal. My fist impression of the scope was that it was well built with decent glass Looking through this scope and a Leupold VX6, I much prefer the image quality and brightness of the Leupold. When I finally got my new rifle in, I mounted the scope up and started with load development. When I tried to stretch some shots out to 300-500 yards I noticed the parallax adjustment was not functioning properly and it was very difficult to focus on targets. I called Optics Planet and they said I had to call Sig Sauer directly since my return period was past due. The Sig customer service rep tried to tell me I didn't have a problem, but I finally convinced them that I did. All said and done, I sent the scope to Sig and they shipped me a brand new replacement. I'll give them kudos on that, but based on how much I spent, I'm thinking I should have stuck with a Leupold or Nightforce.

Simple and works great! I keep one in my hunting gear bag and another in the reloading room. The brush end gets the bigger stuff out and the cleaning tip gets rid of any smudges, water deposits, etc. left behind on the glass.
