Excellent Magazine Storage & Carry Option

Written on Jul 13, 2024

Tuff Products brand magazine pouches are well-made and durable. They are a great way to organize your magazines and to transport pre-loaded magazines to the range. Pre-loading mags for the range is a great way to make your range time more efficient and you get the added bonus of shooting with hands that are less tired from reloading at the range. It would be nice if Tuff Products re-issued their limited run of various colored pouches, as the different colors are a great way to quickly, visually sort your mags by gun--and makes it less likely you will take the wrong pouch of mags to the range for a given gun.

Tuff Products In-Line Mag Pouches Are Superb

Written on Mar 27, 2024

These magazine pouches are the best way to organize and transport your pistol mags. Load your magazines before you head out to the range to enjoy your range time more. Also, pre-loading mags reduces your grip fatigue at the range and allows you to better focus on your shooting technique. Durable and very well made. Better fitting than some mag pouches. I just wish they would do another run of various colors, since those were a great way to separate the magazines for different guns and calibers.

Spring jumped partly out front of gun on P365 (non-XL)

Written on Feb 02, 2023

I have the Rival Arms tungsten recoil assemblies for both P365 and P365XL. The XL version works fine; but the P365 non-XL version spring diameter is a bit too small at the front end, where it appears to narrow slightly just behind the disk that captures the front of the spring, allowing the spring to jump through the end of the slide during recoil occasionally. I wrote to the company about this a number of weeks ago…nothing but crickets so far.

Well designed but sits farther back in trigger guard than MagPul's B.A.D. lever

Written on Aug 09, 2021

Upon installing this on my AR, I discovered that it sits farther back toward the trigger face than expected, leaving just enough room for my ungloved finger to engage the trigger. Because it is a well-hardened item, it cannot be bent forward slightly, so it either fits your gun or not. This part might fit better if your AR has a curved trigger with more room for the trigger finger. It is cleverly designed to allow access to the trigger pins without the need to uninstall the EBRv3. This is a nice feature--especially if you need to change the tripper to one that rests farther back. It does provide one of the few available solutions to install a Battery Assist Device on lowers that are to be mated with "wide" uppers, such as the BRN-180, that do not allow sufficient room behind the bolt release paddle to install the MagPul B.A.D. lever. If it allowed a bit more clearance for the trigger finger between the EBRv3 and the trigger face, I would give it the 5th star.
Customer service is professional and responsive.
