Won't take Energizer or Duracell batteries, the people at Crimson Trace said they're using some kind of coating on them that messes with the connection, shipped me out some more batteries for free.

I like the light, have a hard time with the laser in daylight though. Had the right-side power button wear out after ~2yrs.

Solid night optic, the included light is very meh. We got a pair of IR spotlights setup overlooking the feeders and it works like a charm.
