The compact Red Dot fits perfectly for the width of a compact single-stack pistol. I've even considered ordering another for my hunting sidearm. I've yet to use it in the field but initial impressions are well constructed with the drawback of having to remove the optic to replace the battery. But for the sale price, it was well worth the purchase.

As an avid user of PSP core-lokt, I was eager to try this in the tipped variety. I purchased it for my 270 as well as my 308. This stuff truly shines and will thump a deer, no problem. Good exit wound. Shot very flat as well.

I have to say the crossfire 2 has glass that's very clear for a budget optic, and the Red Dot option was exactly what I was looking for. Good illumination in the evening and early morning hours.

Like most people, finding a scope in this color is a challenge when it comes to quality versus price. I'd researched other silver scopes and always have my questions about purchasing something not from manufacturers I'm familiar with. I gave this company a try as typically I buy vortex or primary arms. I'm very happy with this scope it looks great on my stainless Rossi 30-30. Glass quality is just as good as some of the Vortex scopes that I own at a similar price point. I also like the fact that it came with a set of flip up dust covers with the rear being yellow and the front being clear for the scope. The eye box has some black on the edges but ok for a 40mm. I'm only planning to use this rifle out to 150 yd so doesn't affect me that much. I am going to change out the scope rings that come with it to a double screw top clamp Style vs the single screw style that comes with it. I also think this would look great on a Ruger mini 14, mini 30 or any other stainless gun.
