Volquartsen Firefly Bolt for Ruger 10/22

This bolt enables you to shoot much lighter loads in your 10/22. I was able to shoot reduced power suppressor loads without any malfunctions at all. I even tried shooting CCI quiet loads, but ran into occasional malfunctions. Volquartsen, however, said it wouldn't work with the CCI Quiet ammunition (which is substantially lower in power than CCI Quiet). The bolt is great when using a 10/22 with a suppressor and the lighter "Hush" type suppressor rounds. I'd highly recommend this if you want to shoot your 10/22 with a suppressor, but don't buy if you want to use it with CCI Quiet ammunition.

This is an excellent product. Extremely well made. It is highly polished and hardly needs a drop of oil for it to function smoothly and flawlessly. The design also makes it easy to pull back and the added weight helps the gun's stability and control.
