Will this also cycle standard rounds fine with no damage to it?

no its a lighter bolt made out of lighter materials. standard velocity would potentially cause damage.

Bolt is easy to install after you figure out charging handle is screwed in and must be removed. Fuctions great with ruger bx 10 magazines as well as they bx 25. Have only used cci quiet 22 lr so far and is nice and quiet with the included recoil buff...

This bolt cycles subsonic ammo very well. It makes the 10/22 very quiet. Ive shot around 500 to 600 rounds and no problems. Had to snug the bolt handle down with a 1/8 allen wrench finger tight wasnt quiet enough.
