I've used several of these Uncle Mike's Ankle Holsters (in several sizes) for some years now and for several different guns: Beretta 21A Bobcat, Beretta 3032 Tomcat -- even with a S&W M60 Chief's Special and a Zastava M88 Compact 9. ALL were carried very comfortably, securely and all day long, too: If a gun isn't carried comfortably, it's probably not going to be carried at all, and the Rule # 1 is to have a gun ON you, not left @ home or in the car. And they're easy to put on & take off quickly. I've even used one of these holsters (a bit worn & dog-eared "retired" holster) on my other ankle as a "magazine pouch" when I wanted to carry a couple of spare mags. I suppose the Beretta OEM LEATHER ankle holster is much nicer, but it costs 2X+ more...and when carrying in very hot weather, I'd concerned about the leather getting wet/stained from sweat -- no worry with these Uncle Mike's nylon holsters, and they're easily washable also...and dry quickly. One note: I do NOT ever use the support strap with ANY of these ankle holsters as the Velcro ankle-strap works just fine all by itself, and the top of my shoe helps keep the holster supported as well (and aligned comfortably next to my ankle bone). In short, when I need a small ankle-holster for my small Pocket-Pistol sized guns, I keep going back to an Uncle Mike's.
I needed to get another pair of Allen gun socks for my 2 SKS rifles: I changed the stocks on them and needed socks that were a bit WIDER so they wouldn't fit so tightly over the Tapco stocks I got to replace the original SKS wood stocks (which I am keeping, of course, so the guns can be returned to original condition in the future). Originally, the "standard width" Allen gun socks (often the green ones you find in sporting good stores and often 54" in length, IIRC) were on the SKSs, and they worked just fine width-wise (had to fold the tying end over as 54" was too long for an SKS) as the rifles were in their original wood-stock configuration -- with no optic sights on them -- so the "standard width" gun green socks fit perfectly width-wise. But when I changed the stocks on both SKSs to the Tapco synthetic stocks, I found the Tapco's butt-plate/pad was wider than the original SKS wood stock butt-plate AND the Tapco stock has a pistol-grip on it (unlike the original wood stock), so both of these "protrusions" stretched the "standard" green gun socks too much (wide) for my liking. Additionally, I added a SightMark QD Reflex Sight (Model SM14000) to both SKSs (atop the gas tube "forearm" assembly on the picatinny rail the Tapco stock has) and that ALSO was a bit much for the "standard" green gun sock to cover (don't like overstretching these socks). Consequently, from the sparse product description that EVERYONE gives on these gun socks (NO ONE give their actual dimensions widt
