Why all the 4 star ratings???

Written on Oct 20, 2023

If a product does not present a single negative issue it should receive a 5 star rating. It seems many people do not realize this simple matter of fact, but rather feel that 5 stars should be reserved for something "Extra special".

The reason a product, which is without defect, should receive 5 stars is because the highest rating accurately depicts the quality of said product. The potential consumer may confidently purchase a 5 star rated product without further research. In the case of a less than 5 star rating the savvy consumer will read the less than 5 star reviews to determine if the cons are a deal breaker. In the case of this product, I read all of the 4 star reviews only to find that there are no complaints...A waste of my time...

Lets be fair to other consumers and the sellers/manufacturers. If an item is all pros and no cons, then give it the 5 stars it deserves!

I cant return this lemon???

Written on Mar 24, 2022

The scope was delivered in January but I wasn't medically cleared to shoot until this week, so it is now more than a month past the 30 day return period.
This past Sunday I discovered the picture quality is very poor. At 100 yards a 6 inch target is blurry/fuzzy. At 300 yards the one inch red bullseye of a black target could not be seen at all! The entire target appeared to be solid black. In spite of poor image quality I figured with my spotters' help and a little guess work I could zero at 300 yards well enough to hit Life Size steel targets, but when I attempted to create a new bullet profile the system generated name/nomenclature was identical to the fist one, I tried again five more times and got the same result. After turning the scope off and restarting it the problem correct, but I still have 5 profiles which are not zeroed bearing the same name as the one that is zeroed at 100 yards...
