Great Upgrade To My 19 Year Old Wiley X's!

I still have the same Wiley X SG-1 ballistic sunglasses that I was issued in late 2003 when preparing to deploy to Iraq. I continued to use them in the field for the remaining 12 years I was in the Army and then began to use them for yard work. After nearly 19 years, they were in desperate need of an upgrade. The foam around the lenses had begun to break off and the rubber pads on the bottom of the temples had come off.
I ordered a replacement pair of Smoke Colored lenses and new temples. The temples snapped on easily and look great. They are comfortable on my ears. The lenses snapped in place and look just like the originals. Very happy with this purchase!

Purchased this for my 7 y/o son who loved my issued poncho liner (retired army). This poncho liner, other than the woodland camo pattern, is mil-spec and can be expected exactly like a military issued poncho liner.

My first use of these ended up not being the range, but rather Monster Jam. The foam compresses easily to fit into your ears, then decompresses well to seal the ear canal. They did a great job blocking out the engine noise from the Monster Trucks, which was easily as loud as many firearms. No Complaints.

These size Small EP10 Sonic Defenders were purchased for my wife. The first use was not for the range, but rather Monster Jam. She has small ear canals, but these worked well. She said the did a great job blocking out the monster truck engine noise.
Good Option For Students With A Lot Of Books

Purchased this bag as a replacement for a different model. My daughter has to carry a lot of books for school and the top handle on the other bag started to come free. Guard Dog replaced the bag, but we decided to go with something more heavy-duty for her. This bag fits the bill. The top handle is covered reinforced cable. The are side pockets for a water bottle and is fairly comfortable even for a 9 year old girl.
Be sure to register the bag with Guard Dog within 30 days, or they won't honor the warranty. That's my only complaint.

Good Backpack For Kids

Purchased two of these for our kids, ages 7 and 9. Their school is very proactive with security and we wanted to provide some protection for them in the event that they have to barricade in place. The bags have plenty of compartments and are pretty durable. We did have a problem with my daughter's bag, as the stitching on the top handle began to come free. to be fair, she has to carry a lot of books. But, Guard Dog honored the warranty no questions asked. We went ahead and purchased her a more heavy duty bag, which I will also review. Bags weighs about 3.5lbs empty.
This bag comes with a stowable "turtle shell" to protect it from rain and a rechargeable battery back up for devices.

Add Versatility To How You Sling Your AR!

Admittedly, I had reservations about the TRIBUS before purchasing. Strike Industries is one of those companies that people love or hate. But I purchased this for two AR Builds and I'm glad I did. I run a single point sling and the SI Enhanced Castle Nut & Extended End Plate gave me some versatility in how I set up my sling. I also like the anti-rotation set screw feature, ensuring the Castle Nut doesn't back off.
I purchased two of these. One came with some rust on it inside the box. I reached out the SI and the promptly replaced it.
Overall, a great choice!

Another Quality Product From Hogue!

Purchased these for my wife's AR build. I already owned these in Black, so I knew they were just what was needed. Like all Hogue products, I wasn't let down and the wife likes them. The stock is sturdy with hardly any play on an AP mil-spec buffer tube. The grip is perfect for my wife's medium size hands. Next I'll have to get the matching rail.

Wilson Combat AR-15 Tactical Trigger Unit
I purchased this for a new build using an Anderson Lower. I watched a few reviews on Youtube and even called their customer service with a couple of questions. They promptly directed me to one of their knowledgeable reps who answered my questions beyond my satisfaction. It installed very quickly and held snugly in the Anderson Lower. On the firing range, my purchase choice was confirmed as this is a great trigger and performed exactly as the reviewers on Youtube said it would. It has a consistent, clean break and a short reset. And you can't beat the price for such a well-made drop-in trigger. While I didn't have a trigger pull gauge, it appears consistent with another brand trigger I have that breaks between 4lbs and 5lbs.
