Retired Naval Aviator.
6 Carrier deployments (3 Airwing deployments as Aviator: 430 arrested landings - 3 deployments as Ships company: Assistant Strike Operations Officer. Last deployment was Dessert Shield/Storm weaponizing Airwing for downtown Bagdad bombardment.
4 years as a Navy flight instructor in Pensacola, Fla. 23 years as Line flight deck crewmember with American Airlines (20 years as Captain); which also include 4 years as Flight instructor for new hires at the American Airlines training academy in several aircraft platforms. Retired July 2019.

Review for Elftmann Tactical Ambi Speed Safety

Put this on my Bear Creek 10.5" 300 Blackout. Makes accessing the safety much faster. Especially resetting the safety. Just a knuckle bump away on the index finger. Really easy to take it off with the thumb. No over extending thump on the 90 degree safetys. Its right at the thumb.

Review for Phase 5 Weapon Systems Inc Extended

Great product. Ease of installation on my Bear Creek "Billetted" lower was extremely easy. Removed one screw and the old one just popped off. (It doesnt have a pin you have to hammer out) Fits even tighter than the original.. Really like the convience of throwing the bolt with my trigger finger; as designed. Got it in FDE to match the rest of the accessories my AR 15 20" BARREL that shoots sub MOA all day long..

Got the product in about 5 days from optics planet. Installation was extremely easy. I like how it feeLs on my Bear Creek 20" AR15. THE UNIT FITS LIKE A GLOVE. EASE OF OPERATION IS THE BEST FEATURE for me.

Review for MDT ACC Elite Control Bridge

Ordered 2 Control Bridges for my MDT Elite Chassis (FDE). They were top notch quality. Adds a sleeker look to the rifle and keeps my hand away from the heated barrel when handling. Got The first one rather quickly. Had to wait almost 2 months for the second one (on Backorder). Optics Planet did a good job of keeping me informed and didn't deduct the cost from my acct until it was shipped.
