Rifle Basix Remington Trigger Kit
I’m loving this trigger. Breath wrong and it’ll go off when at its lightest setting. Definitely not a hunting trigger but is excellent for precision shooting!

Faxon Firearms Ruger 10/22 Barrel
Froze the barrel and heated the receiver. Still REALLY tight. Had 6” groups at 50 yards. Was ready to trash the barrel. Then I noticed that it was tearing up my fiber cleaning rod. Switched to a stainless steel rod and it was shaving groves into it. Knew I was not going to be able to remove it for return without destroying the receiver so I decided to see if I could fix the issue. Took a 45 degree hone to the crown and took off the sharp rifling burr and accuracy improved to 1.5 inches at 50 yards. Still not great. I might have to putt it in the lathe and cut a new crown.
Really wanted it to work, but….

I tried three different factory magazines and three different brands of ammo. Same results. Seven or eight rounds and it quits loading. I thought I was not doing it correctly, so I did the un-manly thing and read the instructions. I followed the instructions exactly and had the same results.
