fantastic scope

I was looking for a good optic for one of my ar’s. I kept looking at the 1-4 and felt like that would be a great option but felt the magnification was a bit low. I happened to stumble across this and was ver happy. I only needed this on one platform so I decided to go with the vortex one piece mount without quick disconnect. Ver solid mount and very happy I ended up going with a one piece mount. I would suggest the qd mount, it would be easier during cleaning. I am glad I ended up with this scope instead of a red dot as it serves more purposes than a simple red dot. I would highly recommend, for me there wasn’t much difference in some of the other brands to spend over a thousand for a bigger brand name like nightforce or trijicon.

Killer Unit

This unit is awesome. Works perfect with the Minkota iPilot. This was on the guides boat that I went out on and man it was awesome. I loved the different features you could set and can see how fishing solo the communication between the two is handy. This is the perfect size for the smaller boats and the micro type skiffs.

These are great rail covers. I really enjoy the texture and they look great too on the gun. A bit difficult to install but that has been with most of the covers I’ve used similar to this one. Definitely a great product.

Great Stock

Daniel Defense Collapsible Buttstock
Bought this stock to just try something different. I am very happy that I did! Great ergonomics and I like that there are (2) choices for a pad that come in the box for you to choose from. When installing this stock in a buffer tube, I found it is FAR EASIER than the Magpul stocks. I have several magpul stocks and I do really like those but my complaint was the install system, requiring a tool or typically the dummy bullet to bring the pin out enough to slide on. The Daniel Defense stock requires no tools, just your hands and about 5 seconds to slip it on. This went on a new pistol lower and goes great with the look of the rifle. I think I’ll order their grub to go with it shortly as I’m using a Magpul grip and the rubber on the grub may feel better on longer range days than the plain hard plastic with its texture.
Fantastic Parts Kit

Great cost and you get everything you need minus a trigger. Built one with the red parts kit and now building one with a silver parts kit. This kit helps save some cost and get everything you need. I always purchase their extended mag release as I think it works better for me. Big fan of this group, solid parts and great customer service. I have half a dozen AR platform rifles and I use their components on every one of them. You will NOT be disappointed at all!!
Fantastic Trigger

CMC makes some great triggers. I have 2 of these and love both, one curved and one flat trigger. Smooth operation and I really love the fact you drop it in, add a couple screws and your done. Safety will need to be removed or if new build then your good just drop it in, screw it down and go. Definitely worth every penny.

Perfect for AR10

Got this for my AR10 6.5 Creedmoor setup I am currently building. Very happy with this product. Lightweight and feels just like the AR15’s I have. I enjoy the front lock it had so I can make sure it is locked down for shooting. Definitely a great buy!
