Replaced my milspec standard catches with these. I prefer these over others that have more of a bulky or "specialty" design. It's clean, solid and does the job. It is a little on the pricier side though, but you get what you pay for.

Got this for a AR15/AR9 custom build with a 16 inch barrel. It did significantly reduce the recoil, but offset with a bit more noise.

I got one of these to use while I zero my AR-9; the 30-round magazine that came with it was too long for bench firing (to zero). This worked out great.
