The rail was simple to install and not difficult. If you are afraid of drilling into your stock then have a gunsmith do it for you. You want it to be as straight as possible. You will need to cut the action screw to fit but Area 419 does a good job showing you how to do that. Just don’t cut too much off. I took my time and cut the action screw provided bit by bit to fit perfectly. Check their website for how to videos of all their products and this rail. One con the description of content is incorrect. You will not receive mlock attachment hardware. If you want the mlock hardware you need to order it separately. Optics planet you need to change that information in the description.

So first off the discrimination is a little vague of quantity that is in the bag. If you are considering this product you will only receive one and will need to order a second one if you want a thumb rest on each side of your rail changer. Picture that is advertised shows two, little misleading. Overall the product is easy to install and very comfortable if you need to rest your thumb on the rail changer. I like that it gives a firm index when used. To Optics planet you should change the description to show that only one will be in the bag when ordered.
