My "go to scope rings"

These are the rings I use on most of my rifles. They are finished well and the inside of the rings are smooth for those that do not lap their rings. The six screws on each ring are a little of a pain but they do not get lose after shooting. The 1/2" nut is easy to tighten to the desire torque. I just put on a pair and I have confidence in that the scope is not going anywhere.

Elftmann Tactical Elftmann Match Trigger
I purchased this for a new AR15. When installed as instructed, the hammer fall was too light. I found the area of the receiver where the trigger sat was not wide enough for this trigger. My gunsmith finished the installation by opening up the receiver slightly. The trigger installed is very smooth and fast. Mine is breaking at 3 pounds even. A good trigger sure makes shooting small groups far easier.

Scope base review

This product is well made and works as expected. The scope fit fine with a proper height for the rifle. I would have preferred nut type attachment instead of screws. The rings were smooth inside and tightened down easily. I would definitely purchase another one when needed.

Review for
Lucid Optics Advantage 6-24x50 Rifle Scope
The optics are very clear and gather light well. The turrets are in 1/8 increments but there is 50MOA in the windage and elevation adjustments. Overall it is what I expected for the price. The company is too young (2009) to have any reports on the warranty.

Rifle case

This case made by Plano is just what I needed. I have several rifles that with scopes that are expensive. To protect this investment when traveling I needed a new case. The Plano met all my needs. The price was good and with the Pluck Foam it was easy to customize it to fit each of my rifles. There is plenty of room for ammo or binoculars. The case is sturdy and with the six latches it stays closed. The latches are the only weakness. They are adequate but could be a little heavier. Overall this was a good buy.
