I paired the Faxon 16" barrel which has M4 feed ramps with an Aero receiver with M4 feed ramps and it was a terrible fit. The barrel extension extends 1/32" past the M4 ramps on the receiver.
I also have a 350 Legend GLFA 18" barrel and it lines up with the feed ramps perfectly.
