X6 is best weight tradeoff
Written on Apr 09, 2026
For the money, out of the box, until PA makes a 5x prism with a 7.62x39 aurora reticle, this is the best you're going to get. 3x prism is nice, but 6x lpvo is an acceptable weight trade off. Throw lever could be a little bigger, but is very robust. Second focal plane compliments the reticle, and the bdc being for 7.62x39 takes a lot of the guess work out and neuroticism of memorizing ballistics profiles.

ARD for PA 5x (FULL SIZED) prism scope
Written on Mar 03, 2025
Ordered this accidentally. Item info didn't have "not compatible with 5x micro prism", so I assumed it was. High quality as per most Primary Arms products. Still waiting on my refund.

Lightweight, hardcore

Excellent build. Adjustment doesn't require tools. For use with lpvo's, will not fit Primary Arms 4-14x.

Left Handed Charging Hangle

Excellent, lightweight piece for left hand charging. If you like left hand dominant charging, it has a very positive feel while not dominating the space.
