Fits but doesn’t lock

I bought this for a Tikka T3X. It’s the correct caliber (.300 win mag) and fits but will not lock into place. This is a metal 5 round that would probably be 4 round but does not have a groove like the OEM magazine does so it will not lock into place. Unfortunately this defect makes it worthless and I am stuck with something that cannot be used.

Review for Zeiss Terra 3X Rifle Scopes Flip Up Ocular Lens Cover
I have a Zeiss Terra 3X scope and this does not fit the scope. The scope I have is a Zeiss 3-9 X 42 and the scope cap that I received came in a Zeiss package, Zeiss is imprinted on the cap and the packaging says Terra 3X ocular on it. SKU# 2061-156
