Finish was fine, method of 2 piece is flawed

UTG Pro AR15 Mid Length Drop-in Quad Rail
So I was going to replace my PSA upper hand guard with a quad rail and didn't want to break the bank. UTG was the obvious choice for their price and "acceptable" quality. While this hand guard was indeed of good quality, their design could be improved upon. So after installing the rail I noticed how flawed the system was in terms of clamping down. I owned a troy industries free float 2 piece rail for my M16A4 and their design is essentially a slide lock which eliminate unevenness and potential slanting, keeping the entire rail parallel. With the UTG, it's just two piece held down by 6 screws with no "support" for upper or lower portion in the mid and FSB section. SO when you go to tighten the bolts down on the barrel nut end, you can observe the lower piece to go out of alignment. Now matter how you tighten the screws, the rails would never aligned, my was bad enough that the left rail was 85 degrees off alignment from the barrel.
