VORTEX IS MY GO-TO CHOICE

I use Vortex optics from multiple red dots to high power rifle scopes. I think they are a great value and offer a good range of quality per price category. When I purchased this red dot, it was missing 2 screws for the picatinny base mount. Optics Planet responded right away and notified Vortex who contacted me immediately and sent not only the missing 2 screws but a whole set of screws, decals, ball cap and other items going way above what they needed to do. I have dealt with Vortex in the past about other issues (not product defects) and they always go out of their way to make sure everything is good. I am a loyal customer of both Optics Planet and Vortex.
Better than expected

Having fun with this thermal, the sensor is sensitive enough that I can see the footprints on the carpet after someone walks across it. No long term use yet, but initial quality is very good.
