While it’s not digital precision, it gets the job done for a great price. I’m no pro armorer, but I do regular trigger mods/replacements to my various pistols. The differences are quickly confirmed regarding the increase or decrease of trigger pull and lets you dial-in for your target trigger pull. Very happy.

Solid, light & looks good too. No spring mods or other tricks required. 115 grain won’t cycle, but 126, 147 & plus P cycle flawlessly. Installation and timing takes no time at all and the best part? Tighter and more accurate groupings on rapid fire. Go have fun & always be safe.

If you’re a pro gunsmith or range rat that does a lot of sighting & zeroing than a heavier metal rest would be more suitable, but if you’re like me who enjoys setting up their own rifles & pistols this is great. It’s not the most well constructed piece, since it’s all plastic it is very light, so you can bring it anywhere with no hassles. The flexibility of use for a rifle & especially a pistol when you remove the extension makes for a stable, height adjustment rest to get your pistol level & on target to fine tune your sights or optics. I used it on 1 AR & 4 pistols from compacts to a 1911 & accommodated each with no problems.

The size & simplicity of use is where this shines. Provides the basics without the myriad of buttons & instructions of more advanced timers. For quick, easy timed practice drills it’s perfect. Bluetooth to record times & progress would be nice for monitoring personnel progress, but simplicity has its trade offs and that’s what makes this unit perfect.

This is my 4th Holosun optic purchase in 2 years and each never disappoints. I have the MRS, and the ACSS Vulcan reticle units and this is my 1st CRS reticle unit. What’s really great about this one are the 8 & 20 MOA circle options. The 32 MOA circle on the others can be a bit too large and these smaller options; with or without the 2 MOA dot make for awesome target acquisition and the large window keeps you in the zone between shots and recoil. Fabulous optic, great value and consistent quality through the range of the 4 units owned. Personally, 3 of 4 units are green reticle and find the green reticle superior to the red and easier to pickup regardless of lighting conditions or the sight picture background beyond the target.

This is my 3rd TLR-8. My 1st two are with green lasers and went with red this time. My 3rd buy IS NOT because I had problems with 1 or 2, to the contrary it is BECAUSE 1 & 2 are so good I bought my 3rd. The light is awesome for its size. Shooting in my backyard range at night at 25 yards is like being at a baseball night game. Everything is lit up, clear and no shadows making target acquisition in pitch black conditons a cake walk. Adjusting is very fine—so go easy. A 1/4 turn on windage or elevation can be huge when trying to zero at the distance of your preference. I skipped the zero and have mine dialed in parallel. The laser projects 2.25” below the center bore of my Glock, so I hold at 2.25” below the target and regardless of distance its a direct hit. The unit fits nicely on the rail and right up against the trigger guard for clean, sleek look and appears like it was made for the gun. Activation controls are tactile and easily accessible without altering your grip. I run it on a Glock, Kimber & Sig and like I said—it looks like it was made for the gun. I also love how it doesn’t protrude past your barrell, further supporting the clean look. You won’t have much trouble finding holsters to accomodate this unit. I love all 3, but have to say the green laser is easier to see, especially in bright daylight. Indoors makes no difference. A SPECIAL NOTE ABOUT STREAMLIGHT. My 2nd TLR-8 had an issue holding zero. I don’t know if it was me being over aggresive wi

This is my 2nd Holosun purchase, because I was SO impressed with the 1st. This time I went with the Vulcan Reticle model in RED and it is nothing short of SWEET. It took me all of 10 minutes and 1 10 round mag to zero this baby at 25 yards. If you are used to the 2 MOA dot as I was, you’ll need some practice time to get used to the Chevron reticle, which is a 10 MOA and makes precision target shooting more challenging given its significantly larger size, but thats not the star of this unit. I’ve only recently started shooting from a draw and this is where the unit shines. That big circle (I think 100 MOA) really helps you to find the Chevron and more importantly guides you quickly to where your weapon is actually pointed: low, high, left, right. When accurately pointed the big circle disappears leaving your eyes focused solely on the target. It's truly extraordinary how helpful and useful the big circle is, especially if you are just starting to get used to firing from a draw. Instructions, mounting hardware, and adjustment tools are all included. Brightness adjustments, solar back up are pluses. I prefer the manual adjustment brightness options vs the auto. Depending on lighting conditions inside an indoor range, the brightness fluctuates and can be distracting. My other 507C -X2 is the Green multi-retical. BOTH look great, but have to say the GREEN beats the RED visually, especially for me with 64 year old eyes. I am planning on a 3rd Holosun for my new Kimbe
