UTG Pro Over Bore Bipod
I purchased this product because of a review that I saw on the social progressive. It looked like an exceptional product. When I received it, it appeared to be very well-made and I quickly installed it on my rifle. Everything was fine until I attempted to remove move it and test it out on another rifle. The torx screws stripped. Leave it to UTG to cheap out on the screws. It went in perfect and I torqued it per their specifications. Like Hotel California you could check in but you could never check out. I should’ve have known better than to go with a company whose primary focus is building cheap stuff.

Strike Industries AK To AR Stock Adapter
*** Warning - Take off existing stock first and measure it, before ordering this part! ***
I ended up using the Strike Industries AK Stock Adapter. It did not fit so I had to remove some of the metal to get to fit. It’s a well made product, but it did not fit as the dimensions of the Adapter were too large. Additionally the tang screws that were provided had to have the heads filled down to accommodate the charging handle spring. I spent several hours filling down the metal and measuring. Now I have to take it apart again and repaint the parts. The solution is inexpensive but if it’s too big you will have spend a couple of hours making fit.
The reason I purchased this part was because it’s an adaptable system to accommodate various size trunnions. Little did I realize that the part was too wide for a Vepr AK-47 rifle that uses the RPK thicker stamped metal receiver.

Stratospheric Law of Success # 1 - Your true worth is determined by how much more you give in value than you take in payment.
I have been involved in manufacturing and quality since the early 90s. Been through the all of the various schools of Quality training from Quality Circles, Statistical Process Control, Kaizen, to Six Sigma. In the end you want to produce a product that is free of defects. A low cost product is often superior in quality than higher end products, because the waste and defects have been removed from the process. There are no craftsman skills that are needed; it’s controlled by the manufacturing process. In some cases there can still be some outliers or infant product mortality. What separates the fools from the princes is how they respond to a product that has been produced that is not fit for use.
I received a new Holosun HE507C red dot that appeared to have a small particle on the glass. It was scratch that grew after a short while. Not sure if I introduced the defect or if it was there all along. Long story short - Holosun repaired the optic within two weeks with a brand new updated model. I paid nothing for shipping. When I called they promptly answered the phone, and provided me with an email link to start the Return Material Authorization process. I have to say that the majority of firearm and accessory manufactures are still stuck in the 70s, but Holosun is in class all by themselves.
Going forward they will be my preferred vendor of ch

Magpul MS4 Dual QD GEN 2 Multi-Mission Sling
I purchased the MS4 Dual QD GEN 2 Multi-Mission sling for an AR 15 that had quick disconnect attachments in the front and rear. The Magpul sling is ideally suited for both a single point and two point sling. I like having options.
The easy slide adjustment allows for a quick transition between a loose carry and a tight fit as an effective shooting support. The nylon is made of a high end material and the stitching is well done and construction is flawless. I would highly recommend this product since I am a quality focused person. I look for functionally, design, aesthetics, fit, and quality materials that have been put together without any blemishes or defects. If you demand the best and expect to pay a decent price, then this product is for you.
Extremely well built sling and great value too. You can't go wrong with this purchase!

VISM Double Carbine Gun Case, 36-42in
Stratospheric Law of Success # 1 - Your true worth is determined by how much more you give in value than you take in payment.

A low cost product is often superior in quality than higher end products, because the waste and defects have been removed from the process. There are no craftsman skills that are needed; it’s controlled by the manufacturing process. Compare Honda to Benz.
IMO, the VISM Double Carbine Gun Case is a sturdy and well built rifle bag. It is also designed with ware in mind. If you notice, it does not have zipper pulls made of metal. They use pull cords. Pull cords will not break like thin metal, and if broken, can easily be replaced. I did a lot of research and looked around. You can not beat the quality to price ratio for this bag. Compare it to the other rifle bags, and you will see that they are similar in function, but the VISM product can be purchased at a significant cost savings.
You should not have any reservations about purchasing this product unless you like to waste your money on a name. If in doubt, refer to my first sentence.
