This stock is very solid in the collapsed position, and even when fully extended, it will not collapse when shooting. Some reviews complain about it being flimsy, and yes it does flex if you torque on it horizontally, but this movement will not happen naturally while shooting. The effect this has on the recoil of my AR was very noticeable. In fact, it made the gun recoil downward, making shooting the gun a very nice experience. And you just cannot beat the price point! It’s size and weight are virtually the same as an A2 flash hider, but two times more effective. Would definitely buy again, and recommend
