The rectangle glides are steel i put a magnate to them. The plastic hk hooks wont strip your rubberized parts. If i could add something it would just be a slip over pad. Its really cheap but the stuff on it is good. I had to review it again after checking. I wish i could just edit the old review i cant find a button for it though. I had a similar sling with steel hk hooks and they ate off the rubber on my a2 front sights sling loop.

I like it alot. If i could change one thing or have an alternative option it would be to have the latch made of polymer instead. That way it cant scratch the upper. Yeah the latch would take damage instead but thats easier to replace. The one weakness is that because its one side specific it does drag in the upper. Where a T lets you pull equally on both sides. I think if it was me id but a ball on it and cant it forward a bit like a bolt action.

Review for
SilencerCo ASR Flash Hider
I was lucky enough to find it in my local gun store but i would have gotten it from here if i hadnt. The finish is silky and i cant see any machining marks. I didnt realize the prongs were different lengths lol. I was confused for about ten minutes but i was still super excited. Its fatter then you would think but it makes it look mean as heck. I have it on a heavy fluted barrel and it looks amazing. Its finish is better then alot of the parts on that gun too.

Tiny burrs only problem.

I took it to the range right away. It out ran one of my magpul mags lol. So im gonna go through all my mags here soon and see. Its destined for a tuned ultralite build so im waiting till its finished to test the mags. Other wise it could just be out running my mags. It was funny it ejected and cycled but there was no new round in the chamber. Lol. The burrs! Though they didnt effect the function but still to leave burrs on during the coating process… ill probably get the entire gun refinished in some nice finish but still. I took the burrs off with a cleaning tool.
I also put a POF roller pin and gas key on it. With a titanium firing pin. It would be cool if it came without a gas key.
